· Supervise, train, and mentor a team of creative, development, and general students
· Plan project staffing and technical requirements
· Manage and monitor project tasks, scope, client communication, and progress
· Network with a number of campus leaders, initiatives, and units
· Coordinate internal and external team discussions to resolve implementation issues
· Set and enforce client-side implementation guidelines and best practices
· Establish and implement processes for the team’s daily and project workflow
· Determine software needs and provide recommendations/options

· Provide graphic design, content, and client-side coding for internal/external clients
· Guide user interface and experience design/development for web applications
· Develop data-driven web applications targeted at over 45,000 students and staff
· Oversee client relationships in pre- and post-development efforts
· Lead technical resolution efforts for internal staff and external clients
· Provide ongoing content and production assistance for college units and staff
· Develop both internal and end-user documentation/training procedures

· Manage project requirements, logistics, timelines, and client expectations
· Compose quotes/contracts, meet with clients, and negotiate with service providers
· Design, develop, and produce creative materials such as digital portfolios, blogs, corporate intranets, e-commerce websites, brochures, posters, and ads
· Attend events like SEED and SXSW to remain informed and inspired
· Select clients include: American Airlines, Glotel, Krannert Art Museum, Mia Bossi, NCSA, Petote, U.S. Commission on Military History, University of Illinois
